I NO DOUBT NEED THIS FOR SLEEP.
THE LABEL CHANGED. WE NOW HAVE A USE BY DATE. ALL THEY HAD BEFORE WAS A MFG. DATE. THEY RECOMMEND IT FOR SLEEP WHICH I DO USE IT FOR. IT WAS ALSO RECOMMENDED FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I FOUND IT TAKES THE TERROR OUT OF THE MOMENTS BEFORE MY BODY HAS A CONVULSION.

lemon balm
I used it to help me to relax so I could sleep after 24° awake. It worked without making me feel drugged the following day. I plan to try to keep it at all times now..

Very satisfied
It's a good product for the cost. It works!! I've had shingels 4 times. Lemon balm helps support my immune system so I can fight the virus.

Directions Unclear
The directions say "Take Two Capsules Per Day With Water". It doesn't explain whether that means two capsules at a time or one capsule twice a day. Therefore, I'm not taking them. I switched to Swanson Lavender Flower which says "Take One Capsule One or Two Times Per Day". Now I can sleep.

Probably not for me.
Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying that because when I took this herb, I had a negative reaction to it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will do that to you.As far as price, very fair. 1 bottle equals at the suggested dose, variable, since it says 'As a dietary supplement, take two capsules with water as needed'.
