I first ordered the unflavored Calm magnesium and liked it but when I tried one of the samples they gave me for the raspberry lemon I decided that was even better, so I ordered that too. This is super easy to dissolve in water, has a bit of fizz to it, and tastes great. I actually look forward to drinking mine each day.

This is one of my favorite items. Typically Americans don't get enough magnesium in our foods so this is a delicious and easy way to get it. But husband and I take it before bed every night to help us sleep and we both think it works very well. We take it with us when we travel. Walmart has the best price we have found. I have only tried the raspberry lemon and it is delicious and fizzes when mixed with water. It dissolves easily.

Great supplement! I usually take it at night an hour before and soothes and relaxes my body. If I take it during the day I usually follow up with an energizing tea or vitamin C. In conclusion it’s as the name goes Calming.

The raspberry citrus is a great sweet/tangy flavor, with no unpleasant aftertaste. My only wish is that this could include more/other forms of magnesium, as I prefer to take a complex.
