works great especially for sleeping
After my physician's suggestion to drink Chamomile tea to help to sleep. I started taking the German Chamomile at bedtime. I don't care for tea, so after some research I chose the German Chamomile. The German Chamomile supposedly is more potent by all I have seen. It also is recommended for GI issues. Lord knows, I have been dealing with that since the 80s. I also consulted with my Gastroenterologist. By all that I can tell it helps with my sleep and seems to provide some GI Support. I won't say it's a miracle supplement or that it works for everyone. I'm satisfied I benefit from taking it. It was approximately a year plus since I started and plan on continuing.
As we age our energy levels drop and we may eat a bit more. This supplement helps quite a bit keeping it normal. It is not needed every meal just large ones. Found it kept my energy levels higher when taking especially at work while sitting after lunch.
Great product especially dealing with anxiety. Fast shipment, too.

I like Swanson's chamomile better than other brands I've tried. Some of them have kind of an aftertaste. Swanson's does not. Plus, it does what I need it to do: reduce stress, and allow me to have a peaceful night's sleep. Wouldn't give it up for anything!
It's OK. Not as effective as lemon balm but at this moment, lemon balm is not being allowed to be sold in California.
