Great for blood flow!
This is an amino acid that actually helps dilate your blood vessels. I started this years ago when i began a power lifting regimen. And now my cardiologist says that it something he recommends for his patients that have plaque in their vessels. You can feel the difference, especially if you are cold natured. The blood flows better into capillaries thus bringing warm blood to the skin. Cold feet and hands....try this for 1 month, you will be pleased.

First time buying this brand for this supplement. You get more for close to the same price of a other brand. So far works great if not better than the other brand I used.

First time using this product. Was using another brand. Looked at the ingredients and what I liked about this product is it is "free form" while products are not.

Good Product that Works!
I've been using this product for years. It is a very consistent product and always is in stock. I like the caplets. The capsules get stuck in my throat. I've got one of those narrow passages, I guess.

The dosing, 6 times a day on an empty stomach is unrealistic and impossible to follow. I found no benefit from it
