This product was recommended by my Doctor and I have been taking them since he recommended them I feel that they are helping me feel more energized and less tired I have recommended them to friends and family

Best thing you can do for yourself
I have been taking vitamins for 4/5ths of my life. And with the foods made today, and the overabundance of people eating fast food, most of our diets have gone to crap. A daily vitamin is the least you can do to help yourself. Not a huge pill, and much like the name says, you only have to take it once a day. Leave the bottle near your coffee maker, so you never forget. One of the best things you can do for yourself.

Feel Better In The Morning
These One A Day are perfect for old people like me, after taking these vitamins for some months now I seem to feel better through out the day especially when I wake up in the mornings.

Works and a good price.
I have been using this for quite a while. This specific brand and type was recommended by my PCP. Walmart has had the best price on this for quite a long time, this time on a price reduction.

5 star one a day multi vitamin %26 mineral
great base blue tablet to start your day. a well rounded all in one for a 150 lb average male. adjust dosage as per your body weight. a pill splitter works great.

Best Quality Daily Vitamin with Minerals
When it comes to daily vitamins with minerals, this is the top of the food chain. Made in Canada and I can feel the positive effects when I take one in the morning to start my day. Highly recommended. On stressful days, I also like to take one Equate Daily Multivitamin after lunch.

Lack of plastic safety shield around cap
Bottle did not come with a plastic safety shield around the cap. According to google, it is not recommended to use a product like this. Surely this is correctable.
