This product really helps one's immune system fight against major colds and coughs that the season brings.

It's great and so good for u. I hadn't been able to take it for awhile and as soon as I could again I felt better in afew days.

Great product just what I wanted

A friend told me to try this as he used it when he was on a running program. He was right!!! This is covering the gaps that my diet leaves open. I crave sugar less, have more energy, and don't get as hungry. For myself, I did an experiment to see if this or chlorella (not the flagship Swanson stuff....didn't try that) worked better, and this won hands down......which is great for me because it is way less expensive. The result was instant and dramatic, and it seems to be improving the more I use it. I also don't notice the gap when I forget my mulit's as much, so there must be something pretty nutritious in these. Thanks, Swanson!!!!
