These things are phenomenal. I am so happy to have found them. I'm 52 and in menopause which reaks havoc on your body and mind. They really do ease some of the tention and anxiety you feel with no side affects. People who have a hard time sleeping would benefit as well because lack of sleep causes more anxiety. I will always have these onhand for as long as they make.

Seems to have mood boosting effects. I know saffron and vitamin d are known to do this. You also get a surge of energy because of the b vitamins. Great value too.
