I have many GI and kidney issues, along with being a certain age where things are haywire. recommned this 100% Itried it, and then went 10 days without it. By the end of the 10 days i realized i needed to immediately reorder
I love the taste I'm just taking it to maintain hormones balance it's working out so far I just started taking it so I can't really say anything about it I haven't finished the first batch.
I don't really like the taste of them it doesn't taste like tropical punch to me at all and they are hard to chew for me

Tastes like 💩 but seems to work great. Would not buy again though because I can't get past the nasty taste/aftertaste. If they could improve that I would buy again. Will finish the bottle but find something else next time.
