Trying to find an Omega that will help bring my triglycerides down. My overall cholesterol is good, but triglycerides are always high. Of course I have Type 2, but trying to find anything to help. I haven't taken these a month yet, but hope there are some results at my next doctor's appointment. These are large pills, but easy to swallow and no burpy aftertaste.

I had extensive blood testing about 6 weeks after beginning this Omega-3. The doctor was surprised, as she stated she had never seen anyone's Omega-3 in the optimal range. Not just norma, but optimal! I take two per day - one in the morning and one at night. With those results, I will continue.
I require more than the standard amount of EPA/DHA which makes the premium fish oils too pricey so I have turned to this version. (I think of it like a generic) and it is great. I wish the name of the product had Omega 3 in it and I would have bought it a long time ago. There is not fishy taste or fishy burps, and the concentration of the EPA and DHA are much higher than you normally find for such an affordable price.
