Nature Made Iron 65 mg (325 mg Ferrous Sulfate) Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 150 Tablets

I'm used to green iron tablets. And I was taking a back when I saw that these were white. I have a medical condition and I have to use an iron supplement. The green or white as long as my blood count stays normal I'll be happy. So my next labs will show if there's any difference because of the color change.

The pills themselves have no added dye that I can tell (they are white) and the pills are a lot smaller than some of their competitors. 10/10, would recommend.

This supplement give me little cramps. Make sure you take it with vitamin C juice. No calcium 2 hours before and after taken this supplement. There’s other iron supplement that is easy on the stomach.
