Smart choice
I tried these because I have been taking 200 mcg a day for years ! I just read that you only need 50 mcg a day unless your healthcare says differently. What made me buy this brand was the size of the pill it's small . I don't like large pills . Also the serving size is one pill a day , with this 180 quantity bottle and the price was a shoe in for me ! Great price 😁

Celenium is worth the try.
It's too early to tell if this works but worth a try. Easy to swallow, no taste or after-taste.
