I do struggle a bit with my gerd and burping it up. Otherwise I feel this and the Happy Woo Ha are both really great purchases. I have had luck with both NOTICABLY helping. I took them both for a month straight and forgot to order more. Needless to say, I can tell.

The biggest change I've noticed is sleep - for the first time in years, I'm not having to take a sleep aid. I'm sleeping at least 6 hours before waking at all, which is life changing. I'm also seeing a better mood and less anxiety. Definitely work the subscription!

Going to my primary then my gyno be told labs are fine! When I don't feel fine! Loosing hope I decided try these. Before doing so lost hope gave up and was having aniexty attacks to point starting be panic attacks and felt over heated. Waking up between 1-3 not sleeping well. I watch what I ate started eat clean ! Nothing was working. Starting to be depressed not happy in my own skin. And felt I didn't know me anymore. I am in my first week taken these! Omg yes pill big. these beautiful little capsules have not only help lessen severe menstrual ouchies, they have cut down on hot flashes, cold sweats AND I know that my husband is grateful for the fact that it actually does help your mood. these perimenopause vitamins really do help

I noticed a difference after 3 days. I can sleep through the night. I don't crave sweets and it stopped the bloating and water weight gain. Highly recommend!

good stuff works for me

I have had horrible and I mean horrible perimenopause symptoms. Anxiety had taken over my life. Everything from heart palpitations to hot flashes to sweaty nights and back around to sheer panic was how every day of my life went. I started taking these about 2 weeks ago. I take them first thing in the morning with some water and carry on about my day. I'm not sure why or how but I am here to tell you that since taking these vitamins, I have not had one anxiety attack, not one hot flash or heart palpitation. I feel great! I do still get sweaty at night but I am ok with that. I love this product and as long as it works for me, will continue to purchase.

I actually felt a difference with the first botte, hot flashes had subsided, but halfway through the 2nd bottle the hot flashes were back in full force. I don't know if was just a body acclimation, or it was a product issue, or an initial placebo effect, but I have since given up because it is a bit pricey for something that is no longer working. I do recommend trying it though, because anything that could work is worth it.
