Lowering A1C
I've used cherry tart to lower my A 1 ever since using it and of course watching what I eat I have lowered it told another diabetic and they tried ad well and they lowered their A1C as well after a few weeks

Easy to take pills
I like taking the tart cherry pills for inflammation. It also helps me fall asleep faster. I used to drink the liquid, but never really liked the taste.

For a 2000 dose you need multiple capsules. Making it an expensive choice for daily use. Not pleased
