Helps with healing
I like this product because it is creating healing elements for my skin. It works from the inside out. I never have an upset stomach or feel ill after taking it. I have a reoccurring skin wound and this has helped it heal significantly.

You get what you pay for
I do feel like my immune system is stronger since I've been taking these, but I feel nauseated unless I've had a full meal before hand. They are also hard to swallow. The price is good, so you get what you pay for.
