I absolutely love this product. I've been using it for 6 years. When used consistently, it helps revive your body. I gave it to my toddlers in smaller doses and it made their teeth stronger. It works if you work it. I wouldn't take it close to bed time lol the green tea extract gives me energy. I mix it with lemon water. No problem. I mix it with smoothie or a little juice and water for my kids

It does a great job at detoxing I tend to have a lot of stomach issues this weird thing where I feel warmth and discomfort in my rib area pretty often trying to see a stomach specialist about when the meantime every time I've needed it it has came through for me. I'd recommend blending it with like a chocolate protein powder or juice. Taste might be discouraging for you as I wouldn't necessarily say it taste good but as long as you can blend it in and it can be masked. It's a great product. My focus has been for that detox benefit, but I'd note that my stomach feels more complete not drained . So alkalize part seems right. Maybe if I use it everyday I'll notice the other benefits/ it more heavily. i decided to pick this blend through shopping online because i can read the list of ingredients. nowadays, i try to avoid ingredients that I can't pronounce and can't find in the kitchen. i purchased another green blends but the back showed cancer warning! and also heard a lot of these can do more harm than good if they are contaminated with leads, etc. so I choose organic.
