I bought this for myself and my dogs. my dogs do not notice or mind the taste. they hate fish oil so this has worked wonderfully. I also use it. the fact thats its organic snd minimally processed make this the right choice for us.

I've used this product in the past and was recently reintroduced to it by a friend. Don't know why I ever stopped taking it, but it is probably one of the best on the market, in my opinion. It was referred to me as it might help with a potential health challenge of mine. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was recommended to take this product by my doctor as a non animal source of Omega 3s. So far not bad haven't looked at health parameters for what it's supposed to treat but I feel good. I order the large bottle but I noticed with my last autoship that the product is only considered fresh for up to 6 months so I don't think the 32 oz bottle is a good idea if you don't use a lot of it. I do keep it refrigerated to help with freshness for thats what I see them do in the health food stores.

The last bottle I purchased is a lighter color and appears to not have the residue that shaking mixes into the rest of the oil and makes it a darker color. I queried Vitamin Life about this but they haven't returned my question. I have no problems with the product, but would like to know if the color has changed or I was sent a different product.
