working ok for now
I like the transparency of Thorne's company and their facilities which are located in South Carolina. I only take one per day versus the two a day because I try to eat healthy and take one to fulfill any gaps in my nutrition. Hope this helps you if you're trying to decide if Thorne Basic Nutrition 2 / Day is right for you.
These vitamins were recommended to me by a pharmacist because there are not a lot of fillers. Other vitamins had a tendency to make me nauseated but these do not have that affect on me at all. I feel more energized and that I am able to properly supplement my daily intake of vitamins.
I have taken this vitamin and because you have to take 2 pills it tells you that it is high in Vitamin B. I know that after taking my vitamin and after several hours I get sleepy. I don't know if it is because I need rest or not but, I feel well rested after it. I don't take them every day because I don't remember to.
1st. The most important thing about this multi-vitamin is that it does NOT make me feel nauseous and I am able to easily take it on a daily basis.
I used them for 5 days and then I noticed that they aren't doing anything made me feel sketchy so I wondered if there was a third party seller selling them I was on chat and the awnser was yes unfortunately I did not get the refund which is fine
They smell terrible- like rotten eggs- taste is the same. Perhaps they work but I don't want to take them. I use a lot of Thorne products and am extremely put off by this one.
I have been taking it for a couple of days and it's not effective at all even if I took it 2 times per day. If I could I would return it but I took a couple of them. I will not take it anymore.
