i started using these vitamins. Its 2 per day instead of 6 and i really like that. They seem to be quality made and tested.
The aftertaste that it leaves in your mouth is horrible. And it makes you burp a lot.

1st. The most important thing about this multi-vitamin is that it does NOT make me feel nauseous and I am able to easily take it on a daily basis.
They smell terrible- like rotten eggs- taste is the same. Perhaps they work but I don't want to take them. I use a lot of Thorne products and am extremely put off by this one.
I have been taking it for a couple of days and it's not effective at all even if I took it 2 times per day. If I could I would return it but I took a couple of them. I will not take it anymore.
