No one can really say how effective this calcium is, really, for bone health. The absorption is supposed to be better chelated. Pricey, but on that basis I purchased it.
Thorne is one of the best brands for supplements, in my opinion!
I haven't taken it long enough to know if it is helping my bone density. However, I am glad it is easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. I like that it doesn't have any harmful ingredients. It is recommended by many professionals.

I only use this calcium
I love that there is a good brand making calcium only. I have a preferred was of taking D3, K, and E and since those are not those you want to overdo, it's been beyond frustrating to find a calcium only supplement that isn't poor quality. This is the bare basics, which is what I want, and I love that the brand offers it alone to allow for individual supplementation.
This calcium is easy to take and does not cause digestive problems. Good to know it is easy to absorb.
Always reliable quality products - this Calcium is to Thorne high standards. I would highly recommend.
There are not a lot of extra additives, and the capsules are easy to swallow.
I take your Red yeast rice supplement and it took like a week for my stomach to adjust. After three weeks of upset stomach aches with calcium I had to give up on taking them. I wish I could tolerate them.
