It helps me maintain necessary vitamins for my heart and bones. One shortage is the potassium that I have to take separately a couple of times a week.
Have used this product repeatedly with a positive response. The Thorne products I have used have always been high quality ingredients

I love how this vitamin helps me but a few capsules were busted open sivtyat is disappointing. .
I was previously taking the Thorne AM %26 PM Vitamins, which replaced the older multivitamin. I loved the multi, always forgot to take the PM version, then I switched to the Thorne 2 a day vitamins. I haven't noticed a difference taking these so far, I could tell a difference when I was taking the Thorne multivitamin. 6 large capsules is a lot, it does replace some of the other supplements I was taking so that's nice. I'll see if I notice a difference after a couple of weeks.
Dose is SIX huge capsules! Very strong odor!
