It helps me maintain necessary vitamins for my heart and bones. One shortage is the potassium that I have to take separately a couple of times a week.

This multi vitamin is the best for people fifty and older, I've been taking these for 17 years. And I used Thorne's basic nutrients prior to that, for 20+ years, which was recommended by my physician. A trusted product for many years, a proven winner. I definitely recommend.
I love how this vitamin helps me but a few capsules were busted open sivtyat is disappointing. .
Dose is SIX huge capsules! Very strong odor!
I'm very upset that Thorne saw fit to discontinue the Women's Multi without Copper and Iron. I have relied on this product for several years because I am severely allergic to copper. To add insult to injury, I was not notified that the product was discontinued. Instead, Thorne just sent me something similar when my subscription was due. Goodbye Thorne. I will no longer purchase ANY products from you. As far as I'm concerned, you can't be trusted to protect your customers.
