Solid Quality, Straightforward Vitamin C Option

MrB April 14, 2026

This is a simple, no-frills vitamin C supplement that does what you’d expect. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a noticeable aftertaste, which makes it convenient for daily use. The overall quality feels reliable, and it fits well into a basic supplement routine. In terms of effects, it’s hard to notice anything immediate, but that’s typical for vitamin C since it’s more about long-term support than quick results. I didn’t experience any issues while taking it, which is a plus. Overall, it seems like a dependable option if you’re looking for a clean and straightforward vitamin C supplement. As with any supplement, it’s a good idea to check with a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have existing conditions or are taking other medications.

Great

Jennifer C. January 23, 2022

We take high doses of vitamin C daily and have for many years with much success. I rotate between this and another brand’s liposomal (refrigeration is inconvenient). Having higher-dose capsules is terrific! I only wish larger bottle sizes were sold (250 capsules in a bottle?) because we go through 60 capsules far too quickly. Please make your flavonoid version with 1,000 mg capsules! Both versions are high-quality supplements with zero digestive issues experienced.

250 please

DALE R. December 30, 2021

I can't believe Thorne discontinued the 250 count Vitamin C in the middle of a global VIRAL pandemic! 5 stars for the product, 1 star for Thorne = 3 stars overall.

Great supplement, bad packaging

Molly G. July 5, 2022

Please bring back the 250 count or at least a 90 or 120 count. The 60-count bottles are only about half full and take up a lot of space for the small number of capsules.

Amazing but small count

Alexander H. September 11, 2022

Great vitamin C dose at 1,000 mg, but please, I mega-dose C. The 250 count needs to come back asap!
