Best multi vitamin for athletes would highly recommend!
Great vitamins!
Awesome product
Ordered these because I was looking for a great, healthier alternative to my regular multivitamin. These are wonderful and I feel great taking them. Look forward to ordering more next month.

I really feel a difference with these supplements. I have steady energy throughout the day and sleep very well at night. I received them as a gift at the CrossFit Games and tried them and noticed a difference. I now purchase them regularly. Give it a try.
I used to take the Multi AM/PM formula when I was a personal trainer working at a high-end fitness center that offered them as part of their supplement lineup. I don't work there any longer, so it's nice to be able to buy them direct from Thorne. You can actually FEEL these vitamins working. Best vitamin complex on the planet. For what it’s worth, take the PM formula near bedtime. For me they relax me greatly, and I have very vivid dreams and wake totally refreshed.
I can't be sure, but I think I felt better when I was taking these. I tried them for a month and felt pretty good. But when I ran out, I went back to my regular cheaper vitamins and I'm feeling tired again. So I am going to try the Thorne in September and see how I feel at the end of the month. I like that the Thorne vitamins have K in them which I need for calcium consumption. I just figured it's easier to take one multi (actually 3 tablets) instead of a multi and a lot of other extras.
A really great multi to start off with. I feel more energy on stable levels throughout the day. I also noticed sleeping better with less fatigue in the mornings. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. Vegetarian capsules so anyone can take them.
if you aren't a normal vitamin and supplement taker then I would advise being cautious with this product or any like it. the high levels of ingredients can cause some serious side effects for someone that isn't used to taking anything or very little amounts.
