I started taking this in the evenings to help me sleep. It has been great to help my body relax and has signficiantly helped my 3am wake ups.
Absolutely the very best B complex for high intensity training for racing and training with no extra loss of these high complex supplements.

High quality, absorbable form of Folate which is especially important for our body's folate receptors and those with MTHFR mutations which is a high % of people, whether they're aware they have it or not. Truly useful dosages of all B vitamins as opposed to the laughable FDAs meager standards of a measly 100%RDA.
I've been taking for a week and have no issues with this supplement. I will keep taking to see if I see any noticeable difference over time (better skin, better mood, better energy, etc)

It's too much, too intense, I can only take one of these once or a week or it throws my levels out of wack and I'll be peeing all day. And yet I am very much in need of the folate in it. Kinda wish the amount was toned down. I'm paying for a lot that my body just isn't using.
I couldn't take these. They made me extremely drowsy. I only took them for a few days, when I realized that these pills were causing my drowsiness. Thankfully I was able to return them and get a refund.
I had been talking NatureMade Stress B Complex and decided to give the Thorne version a try. Unfortunately, the Thorne Stress B Complex was not a fit for me. Anxiety and low mood came back with a vengeance. Tried this one on two different occasions and same results. I was very disappointed in this, as it is purported to be of such high quality. I am not able to return the product at this point, equally disappointing. I would recommend trying the Nature Made option first, as a bonus it is much more inexpensive.
Garbage passed off as quality. Does nothing.
