helped with my sleep and winding down for the day, so I fall asleep quickly without any effort.
Easy to swallow
I've been taking this supplement along with Thorne's 5-Hydroxytryptophan before bed, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. Since starting this combination, my sleepwalking and other sleep disturbances have almost completely stopped. I highly recommend this to anyone experiencing sleep-related issues.
I love this product. My daughter passed a few months ago back so I am living in constant grief. I had no energy, after a shift of work I couldn't get off the couch. After taking this product, I've had energy to clean my house and my mood is better. I still feel grief but I'm remarkably better. Also I spoke with my physician and she has no problem with me taking this product. I'm very satisfied!
Way too early to say if it actually does anything for us. It takes time to figure it out especially if one takes multiple other products at the same time. One thing I know. I do not feel worse.
I got my Thorne PharmaGABA 100 out of frustration with restless leg syndrome. I noticed many offering higher doses, but wanted to see if this was effective and it is. I take it nightly & it basically ends my RLS. It works!
I've tried various GABA supplements, but have never found one that works as well as Thorne. I also appreciate that the capsules do not contain unnecessary ingredients like starch or flowing agents.
Did not work as well as other brands I tried. I still recommend.
I see some people use this for focus but so many had used it for better sleep. I'd say it made me a bit hyper, even. Didn't help with sleep which is what I needed it for. Didn't continue using.
Cant afford what thorne wants for GABA250mg. So I had try this. I'm 52 years old and suffer from sleep issues and waking up during the night and 100 MG not near enough cause of my age and size. How I metabolize things.
