I've ordered this product for years directly from the Life Extension website, and recently discovered it for sale online at Walmart. This product was recommended to me for calcium support to maintain strong bones, and it works. Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.
This supplement comes in easy to swallow and well absorbed capsules. It also has all of the factors to help strengthen bones, and I only need 3 a day. I am 64 years old, and in the last 2 years, my bone density has actually increased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
For myself, I'm having issues with my bone density bc of getting the depo shot many yrs ago. I have tried many different vitamins. My daughter actually bought my first bottle. I swear by these. I had a dark brown/black line on 1 of my toes' nails. which can be because of bone density. After taking these for a few months, the line on my toe nail had faded little by little until it was gone. I also noticed that when i get pain in my bones , these have always helped me out, as pain pills DID NOT help with the pain in my bones. I have been taking these for a couple of years now and will continue to purchase them. I stopped taking these for about 4-5 months and noticed the pain returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The combination of ingredients in this product has helped me, I believe, to increase my bone density according to my dexa scan.
Daily use has kept my yearly bone scan in the healthy zone. Bone Restore has the proper balance of magnesium and also contains other important vitamins and minerals. I have been taking a wide range of LEF products for decades and am a very healthy 74 years old.
I have used bone restore for about 5 or 6 years. I am a 68 year old woman that gets regular bone density tests and still have no issues with bone density. I do not take hormone therapy for my bones, is not an option. Supplements are a safer option. The only draw back is taking 4 capsules, 2am/2pm, and I must take with some food or it will upset my stomach. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
These are large capsules, and having to take (4) a day is way too much on top of my other supplements and medications.
will not purchase anything from Walmart online anymore they send you cheap crap from foreign countries and they can't seem to find your porch or front door do not deal with this evil greedy company
