I have used bone restore for about 5 or 6 years. I am a 68 year old woman that gets regular bone density tests and still have no issues with bone density. I do not take hormone therapy for my bones, is not an option. Supplements are a safer option. I can't stand that I have to take 4 large capsules just to get the calcium, vitamin D & K2, magnesium, etc. I like the amounts and the selection of vitamins and minerals. But 4 capsules is just too much.

I was surprised and disappointed that the daily dosage of 4 capsules only contains 700 mgs of Calcium!! According to Your bottle facts, that is 54% of "daily value" That is not an acceptable amount. Why??
