Have used these soy isoflavones for a few years now for hot flashes. Like the product very much. But, the seller, not so much, as I ordered on April 26 and received a shipping confirmation on the 27th with a delivery of May 3rd, this was also listed when I placed the order. Problem was, when May 3rd came and no package was delivered and I checked on USPS website, they had not even received the package to begin the shipping process. I contacted Walmart and they assured me that the seller would contact me within 48 hours. I am still waiting to hear from them but amazingly the package did ship on May 3rd but I did not receive until May 7. Will not order from this seller again and am considering if I will order from Walmart as they do not seem to stand behind their sellers like Amazon does. The only reason I even gave a 3 star rating was because I actually like the product.

I did not need HRT during menopause but now finding some irritating symptoms in my 70s so I thought I'd give this a try. Life Extension is a good brand that tests its supplements and I've used their other products but I found minimal relief from this product for hot flashes; especially for the price of .53 / capsule.
