Very helpful
I looked this product up to find out that it was the best one for my problem with electrolytes. It does not have a bad taste. I put it in 8oz of water and drank it. No after taste. I need it because i don't drink enough water.

Dissolves smoothly
Dissolves easily in liquid. Tastes best in fruit juice. Tolerable in water. As prescribed, I consume 1/4 tsp twice daily to help neutralize oxalates in many foods since I've had oxalate kidney stones.

Salt substitute?
I found this to have a very bizaare cooling sensation in my mouth. It doesnt taste salty to me at all.

Supplement is not for sensitive stomachs
If you have stomach or gastrointestinal problems you should not take this supplements. It does help with muscle cramps but it hurt me more than it helped, hopefully this review keeps someone with gastrointestinal problems safe. Research before buying!

This product gave me headaches every time I used only a quarter of the serving size and I never get headaches. Be careful using this
