Works Immediately
This is my go-to cream for hemorrhoid relief. It sooths, reduces pain and swelling, and adds a clean, refreshing smell. It helps to apply and tuck a small amount on av gauze pad for outer buldging, and repeat after each bathroom visit

Price volatility is outrageous!
Product is excellent, have used it for years. But pricing is outrageous!! I could not believe the price had almost doubled when I started to do my monthly order. Small tubes had not, so ordered some of them. I check back often here and other vendor and whenever price drops, I place an order. Price of large tubes is very volatile with both vendors. Do not understand why.
