I've used it everyday for almost 2 weeks. Only time will tell but so far so good. I took 4 daily with a meal. Easy to swallow pills. No adverse effects like upset stomach, gas, bad breath, etc. I'm at the end of my second week and PMS week. My PMS symptoms doesn't seem as intense. Such as overeating or cravings. It has vitamin E for healthy skin too. No major skin breakouts. I like it so far!

Did increase body odor but that is common for this supplement. But did more than other brands. Affordable though

These pills are very beneficial for my life but they have an ingredient that I don't ingest, gelatin... I'm not sure what it's made from. I was able to share them with someone who does and she's feeling a difference for the better. If you don't mind eating pork, I'm sure you'll find great benefit.

Definitely this is not my doggies's favorite supplement. They prefer the chewable version than these. They will eat it anyways because they always are fighting for treats... I don't know if the results are worth it... my doggies are taking this supplement as prevention rather than treatment. Still I love this brand
