Doing great, I take this product 2 pills with breakfast and 2 pills with dinner and my A1C has plummeted from 6. 3 to 5. 5 over the last year and one half. . . and I didn't change my diet that much:) My Dr. 's office applauds this every time I visit in 6 month intervals. I started with 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening but that didn't move the number so my Dr, who is a Frontline Dr (Medical and Natural) said to try 2 each dose and it worked. Keep up the good work!

Not sure if it was due to the Berberine and/or being more conscientious of diet (healthy eater normally) but I did lose about 6 pounds since I started only a month ago. I am an active woman and was struggling to get rid of those few pounds. I just ordered more!!

Have been taking Thorne Berberine for about 6 months now and happy to report a noticeable decrease in my morning glucose reading. I trust Thorne products and would order their brand over any other brand. The berberine wasn't what I expected and I didn't feel any effects good or bad. Not planning to continue use

I've only been taking it for about two weeks so I can't be sure yet. The only other thing I will mention is postage to Hawaii shouldn't cost $30 for a $27 product. I know you can do better than that. Please give me some feedback as to why we have to pay so much to use your products. Mahalo (thank you in Hawaiian)
