Exceptional Quality ALCAR — Scientifically Sound,
I originally purchased this product to support mental clarity and focus during extended fasts, especially during periods of fasting low energy. From a quality standpoint, this supplement is flawless — no fillers, no artificial ingredients, and very consistent dosing. If you're already a fan of Thorne, this product lives up to their usual high bar. However, unless you fall into a category of low endogenous carnitine production, neurological need, or clinical deficiency, this supplement may offer little practical advantage over what the body already produces on its own. A great product — just not a mandatory one for everyone.

Love THORNE
Love Thorne products especially Acetyl-L-Carnitine I have had very noticeable results since starting this supplement months ago and am very excited to see what the future results will be. Highly recommend.

Solves 2 Problems . . . .
As an older adult with an auto-immune disease, I find Thorne's acetyl-l-carnitine dramatically improves oxygenation across the blood-muscle AND the blood-brain barriers. I started using it to control an asthmatic-type cough that happens when I over-reach my RPM's during aerobic and weight training. Alertness and uninterrupted thought was a surprise benefit.

Replaced my SSRI drug!
With the help of Acetyl-L-Carnitine I was able to come off of my SSRI drug that I've been on for 25 years!! I feel amazing, stable and cannot be happier that I have the same effect naturally.

Promising Supplement
I've only been using the product for 1 week so far, so I can't say that I've seen a lot of changes. Maybe a bit more energy. Less depression. I was hoping it would assist in some weight loss, but nothing yet. I do have trouble swallowing large capsules and this one is very large for me. I plan to keep taking it and hope to get more results from the list that it promised. I have not experienced any side effects like diarrhea or nausea.
