I have been taking this supplement for about a year now and I will say my energy is so much better. I once had to nap midday almost everyday but ever since this supplement I feel no need to nap. I also sleep so good at night. Fall right asleep and stay asleep for 8 hours. I do believe this product contributes to my improved energy and sleep quality.
I love the brand, the suplente came earlier than expected.

So much positive research out there on these ingredients, and Thorne delivers a great product here to compete with others on the market. I can’t say I recognize any tangible differences in my health… I imagine it’s the long-term effects that I’ll benefit from here, so I take it more for the insurance it can provide for me as I age.
It's probably the best NAD+ booster on the market. Competitor products are usually more expensive and you get a lot less, including the lack of Betaine which is important with NR. All of the ingredients in ResveraCel mix well and are beneficial. The effects of this supplement are subtle for me, although I'm in my 20s. There is definitely a noticeable difference when I stop taking it for a few weeks. It takes time to build up, so don't always expect immediate results.
I have been taking ResveraCel for a little over a month. 1st week started with only taking 2 capsules per day moving to 4 per day. It has completely eliminated my midday crash. Something I have suffered with for years. The only change I can attribute it to is it coincided with my taking of ResveraCel. I highly recommend it. For reference I take ResveraCel + Al's Formula daily.
Thorne should really start paying attention to recent research studies and tolerance dosing instead of charging customers too pay for Hollywood endorsement.
A little spendy. I took it for almost 2 years. I just stopped a month ago to save money - I haven't noticed a difference at all yet.
