It's easy to take with no real taste. I take them per my gastroenterologist. I don't know in they really help me or not because my stomach still grumbles and rolls, sometimes it evens rolls! It also hurts some very badly. Like cramps

I feel Culturelle probiotics are of very good quality. There are possibly better probiotics, but if you can purchase these when on sale they are worth getting.
