Great product. I take prescription potassium and iron, to make sure I didn't get too much of either, this option is ideal. That way i dint get too much of any vitamins. Its perfect, also it has a great taste

I prefer this vitamin over a lot of other vitamins I like the fact that it's a chewable first of all I think they absorb into this to the bloodstream quicker a lot quicker The Taste is great. I'm not quite sure about the price I think they're a little high. I think if everybody stop trying to put so much money into building the containers and making the label so fancy save on some money you know you you make just as much from us buying them as you do putting forth all the effort to make the the outside of the product nice whatever you want to call it

What I like about this product is that the vitamins they include are not more than 100% of what you need every day. I found that when I read the ingredient list on most other multi-vitamin products there was MUCH more than 100%. I believe I have a healthy diet but I also think it may be difficult to get 100% of everything you need everyday so this was exactly what I was looking for. The only exception is the Vitamin D3 which is 200% or 800 IU if you take 2 per day. This works out fine for me as I have been found to be deficient in D3 in the past, especially in the winter, so as a practice I want to take more Vitamin D3 anyway. Also I don't want to take a vitamin which contains Iron, it's hard on my digestive system and from what I've read you really should try to get your Iron from the food you eat, so I am happy that in this product contains NO Iron. As for Zinc, I want to take some, but it's also hard on my stomach, so I am happy that this one contains only 25% of your daily value. One thing to mention is that Calcium is at only 10% (100 mg) so anyone wanting more than that would need to take a separate Calcium supplement. Two other ingredients I was looking for are the Biotin and Lutein. I like the idea of taking the Biotin because it is said to help your nails and hair. After 50 I found that my nails and hair aren't what they were when I was a younger woman. I like the idea of taking some Lutein because it is said to help maintain healthy eyes. I am sure many people would agree that your eyesight at 50 isn't usually what it was when you were younger. A few other things: The colors are from natural sources (Maqui berry, black carrot) and the flavors are from natural sources (cherry and grape). Who wants to take a vitamin, something that is intended to be healthy for you, which contains food dye....which is NOT healthy for you? I also don't mind the taste or consistency of the gummies. I've had trouble with solid vitamins repeating (taste comes back up) at times and I have never experienced that with these. So, for all these reasons, I think this vitamin is a good choice for me. In my area this product seems to sell out fast when it comes into the store, so I order online instead to save me from having to go to multiple stores to try and find the 50+ version of it. I don't usually write online reviews but I like this product enough that I thought I should take the time to write one.

I bought these vitamins because I can't stand swallowing pills any more, the taste of which I gag on. But these are tasty and I have no difficulties digesting them. They have healthy foods in them which I like as well. I ran out of them and noticed a difference, I was more sluggish. These are my new favorite vitamins and I got 72 in the bottle instead of 60 which means 6 more days worth (2 per day). This was my fourth bottle. ❤️❤️❤️

These are not bad at all, as soon as you open the lid, the smell of vitamins are there. I wanted something natural and not made with all of the synthetics that so many of the vitamins out there have. The flavor is nice and easy to chew, knowing you have some healthy support onboard. The packaging is secure, and I have noticed a difference in the way I feel through out the day.

Already ordered my second bottle. Not a big fan of gummies but its getting hard to swallow all the capsules. These are very nice gummie vitamins.

whatever you do stick with the pills, as a gummies taste like you're chewing the pill versus something delicious.
