I fractured two vertebrae and turned to this during my recovery. I'm naturally a slow healer (smoker) and keep a primarily vegan diet and the combo of Calcuim and B-12 seemed to work perfect (dosing morning and nite) and I recovered in a timely manner. I will take these forever!

Easy to swallow. Convenient ,just one time a day. Clean ingredients with natural ingredients.

While it's hard for me to say if this “works”, my biggest problem is swallowing the capsules. My suggestion is to make sure the capsule is not sticking to your tongue and take a full drink of water with each one. They have a tendency to stick to your tongue and throat which can be a big problem!

I chose Thorne Calcium because the company has a good reputation. I have osteoporosis and I think the ingredients are a good combination for bone health.

Too soon to tell if it has had any effect on bone density. It contains vitamins and minerals in amounts that support bone health. The capsules are fairly large and may be difficult for some people to swallow.
