I love the Benefiber brand. This product combines two of my favorite flavors. I take it every other day to keep my system regular.

Depending upon where the berries come from, sometimes they are huge and sometimes medium and small. Every so often they will be sweet like the wild berries but more often they are tart. I suppose it's from the varieties. I eat them either way because they are incredibly good for you.

Doesn't taste terrible with water but I recommend mixing with a light juice instead. I tried starting with a full serving right out of the gate and had a rough night. I recommend starting on half dose for a few days to adjust for the added fiber.

I cannot give a truly accurate review to the benefits of taking this, as I've only been taking this a few days. But it is tasty and easy to drink. And for the value, the price is reasonable, if it works.

Overly sweet %26 has horrible stevia aftertaste. why does the manufacturer have to add stevia? Leave it unsweetened %26 let people add their own preferred sweetener, or at least reduce it by 60%. I need it for medical reasons, so will continue to try drinking it. not sure how long i can stand it. Do like the fruits %26 vegetables added to it. Huge plus %26 smart idea. mixes easily with mixing ball.
