I love this stuff, it really helps with regularity from the fiber, energy from the American Ginseng, as well as mental focus from the mushroom blend... highly recommend!
Like most items these days seems overpriced, but competitive with other brands. Taste good and mixes well with water. Been using it for 3 months and will continue to note any noticable difference in wellness overall.

Depending upon where the berries come from, sometimes they are huge and sometimes medium and small. Every so often they will be sweet like the wild berries but more often they are tart. I suppose it's from the varieties. I eat them either way because they are incredibly good for you.
Thought I would LOVE this flavor. However, it's quite bland. I mix it with my tangerine electrolyte drink as well as the Benefiber Greens and it is very tasty.

Similar to drinking a fruit juice very thin. Improved Digestion & Gut Health, collagen production & skin hydration. Price isn't bad at all. The strawberry dragon fruit flavor is light and refreshing, and it mixes well with water. It's a simple tasty way to add prebiotic fiber and extra nutritional support to my daily routine.

Tastes bad
It smells super yummy, but the taste, especially the after taste is disgusting. My whole family thought so. I couldn't even choke it down so no benefits at all for me. Was really hoping it was going to be great. What a waste of money!
