I purchased this bike for my partner. He has taken it both on the road and through the woods. He loves the power level, and riding at night is made easy by the powerful light that it has. It was pretty easy for him to assemble though reading the directions is strongly recommended even for those who seldom do.

I am a Walmart associate. I bought this bike for my brother. Assembly was a little tricky due to an error code, but I just had to disconnect the wire to the motor and reconnect it. Then the code cleared. Instructions were a bit vague, but I was able to find help online. Overall it's a great. ike especially fir the price.

I held off doing this review until I actually had some experience under my belt. I've never owned an E bike before or even used one, so I have little to compare it to but a conventional peddle bike. I must say it's enjoyable not having to peddle at 74 years old, what I would change about this bike is the height of the handle bars, even at it's max height it's too short. You are stuck riding in a bent over position that gets tiering. I would also recommend you purchase rear view mirrors, today's cars and trucks are quite and can sneak up on you in a second, don't change lanes without looking first! As for shipping, they arrived exactly as scheduled. In reference to support ( which I was told by others was slim to none), it was actually a pleasant experience. Two of the bikes arrived with broken Kick Stands (not the bike companies fault, it was shipping damage), when I contacted support they sent replacement Stands out with no trouble at all, just a picture of the broken part. Overall I'm very happy with these bikes and had a great time bonding with my Grandkids during our rides... A word of "Caution"... they can get away from you easily if you start out in full power. Start slowly and build your skill level over time. Oh, and lastly, you should consider some kind of locking device, there's no key that turns it on or off, only one to remove the battery and that's not practical when your out and stop to eat! I like the power, the throttle control, and the pedal assist; easy to cruise at a reasonable speed with pedal assist 1 or 2 (16mph to about 22mph), 20mph up a steep hill in pedal assist 2 with hardly even trying, sitting down. The battery life has been good - for my kind of riding ~40 miles . Cruise Control works. It has brake lights. Packaged mostly well; missing a spot of paint, rubbed off of the rim. I do not like the fenders; too small, one point of contact, almost entirely useless. The seat is alright, you need to add some suspension to the seat. Cons: Terrible quality control; the battery holder bolts were loose and it was out of place (before and after pic), half the screw-heads for the cover of the controller were chewed up, most of the bolts for the brake disks were loose, the brakes were horribly out of adjustment and rubbing, the brake disks were a little warped. I'm missing two screws; one for the bottom of the battery holder, and one for the plastic chainguard - I found a phillips screw with no threads (in the shipping box), turns out, it was supposed to go in the plastic front sprocket chainguard... and ...every screw hole in the chainguard is stripped-out, except, the one screw hole that must of had the phillips with no threads - that one hole is not stripped. They could have sent the bike unassembled, and that would have been better (maybe preassemble the wiring). And then ship it in two boxes instead of one big box.

This bike should have options to include step through , when ordering this bicycle , the middle bar looks a lot lower online than what it actually is. The seat is very uncomfortable to sit on for a longer period of time while riding, I’ll be changing my seat. My husband peddles split in half we have not had the bikes a month yet🙈

Review after almost 100 miles on the bike. Easy assembly. Lots of power! WHEW does it take off. First gear 11 mph minimum which is a little fast for any riding on my trails in the woods or on any of the Cuyuna Trails here in central MN. Have to be very careful. The assist is great but on the narrow trails overlooking the old mine pits it is a bit fast. When riding on the snow, if there is any ice under it, it will spin and put you down quickly if you're not careful. I'm 6-2 and pushing 300. Kinda broad at the shoulders and narrow at the hips. I drove it in high gear just using the throttle down the gravel road with small hills. Made it 8 miles and needed to help it the last quarter mile home. Battery was pretty well spent. It was able to maintain 22-24 mph most of the time. Yesterday at Itaska State Park on 17 miles bike trail around the park rode in first gear and pedaled the whole trip other than when going down hills. Battery only assisted on inclines. Down to a quarter battery at 17 miles. Possible make 25 miles at most. Certainly don't want to pedal it without motor to help if needed. All paved trails in the park and now see that front forks are leaking oil. Will have to reach out to see if there is a replacement for them. Both plastic pedals broke in first 75 miles. Got a pair of aluminum ones at Walmart for under $20 and they work great. It came with a rack on the back!! Also has taillight, brake light and a padded seat. I did have a similar bike that was a 500W and it only had a reflector on back, I had to buy a rack and more comfortable seat. Pro's: Power, rack, lights. Con's: Battery life short, too fast in first gear for narrow mountain bike trails, cheap weak pedals. Front fork struts leaking oil.

Lasted 2 weeks about 160miles put on it before it died. Came to a stop coming home from work, almost home, went to take off and bike stuttered and died. Battery will work off the bike but once I put it back on it starts to heat up and will not turn on.

Wanting to dip toe in e-bike waters, picked up two of these on sale (flash deal). Extremely fun to ride! I am on the larger side and can reach 28-29 mph! Glad it is UL rated. That said, it is probably wise to spend a little more for higher quality. Bike is extremely heavy. Brakes are wooden (not really wooden just don't bite/not much stopping power). One bike arrived with rack not attached and scratches/scuffs on the handlebar stem. Discovered that one of the bolts for the rack was stripped. Since the rack is not attached, had to relocate tail light to under seat. The rear tire ripped a hole on the third ride. Patched to prevent tube pimple but will need to upgrade tires asap. Quick connect front axel seems sketch, particularly for the speed. Difficult to get seat stem lever to hold/bite. Once your get it set up, you might want some locktite, or similar product, for everything, especially the handlebar clamps. Notably, the few tools provided do not fit all of the allen bolts and nuts on the bike.

Rode the bike one time chain fell off constantly chain broke derailleur was bent called Walmart who shipped me to this dealer they want me to pay for the bike to be fixed I don't have that kind of money no refund available total rip off I can't believe Walmart didn't help me at all

Rode for 1 day- full battery only lasted me 8 miles on peddal assist, was riding home and tire flattened on me and i had to walk 2 miled back home with the bike. Do not purchase!!!! Seat is uncomfortable doesnt go as far miles as advertised tried to reach out about this problem and no one answered within 48 hours.
