I wish the lid had a little more sealant around the inside to keep things fresher but I guess that would bring the price up! I'm still using them though!

Fewer fingerprints on the refrigerator, no more rummaged cupboards, quick and easy delivery to spouse and the kids, and see-through so I can refill as needed. AND it's dishwasher-safe. I've bought several for friends and they are tickled pink.

I am so pleased with this item. It is glass and large and beautiful. I filled it with wrapped chocolates. The price and quality are great. I am going to put foam tape around the inside of the metal cover. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

I love the size. It's perfect to store my buttons in. I'm a sewist and I have hundreds of buttons and these large candy jars are the perfect storage. I love that they're clear which allows me to see what I have. I would definitely recommend. Very budget-friendly!

I'm crazy about this candy dish. It's large enough to hold several different kinds of candies. I need to point this out, the lid for this is not sealed. It just sits there and it's easy off and easy on. Which is perfect for a candy dish but not so good if you're looking for air tight storage.

Large old fashion glass with metal lid candy dish. Pleasantly surprised by the large size and the quality. Reminds me of the old fashion, penny candy stores. This would be great for cookies as well. Yes, it's that large. I like to keep treats on hand for the grandkids so this is gonna be there a jar. Not only candy but, granola bar, fruit snack packets, Debbie cakes this is large enough to handle some decent size snacks. Should not have expected less from anchor hocking. It's a good brand. Was delivered in petfect condition

This is the perfect candy jar if your candy is individually wrapped. There's no seal in the lid so it just covers the opening. Not recommended for sugar or flour because of that reason. It holds at least two pounds of my individually wrapped soft mints. I ordered 2 of these jars to put mints in one and miniature wrapped candy bars in another. Being see-through makes it so easy to see when I need to reorder. The grandkids and friends can see exactly what's inside. See for yourself.

I have two of these candy jars, I use them in my laundry room to hold powdered laundry soap. I've also used them to hold laundry soap pods, they work great for this. My only complaint is how loosely the lid fits. There is no rubber seal, just the metal lid resting loosely on the glass opening. When my washer spins, they rattle loudly. I would not use these for food, as air and moisture can get in.

The lid is too big for the jar so it is not secure at all. It stays on the jar, but it is not sealed. It came attached to the jar with a plastic wrap, which I assume was from the factory, so I think it's just the way it's made. But I don't understand why the lid isn't a better fit. I ordered it as a candy jar for my classroom. It does the job, but I wish it were more secure.

I bought these to use as cookie jars but the lids have sharp metal edges that can cause significant injuries. I don't want my grandchildren getting hurt because they snuck a cookie when I wasn't looking. These lids also have no seal to maintain freshness.
