So far it works
I started taking the Ancient Bliss a week ago I take it half an hour before eating and it helps me feel full. I also take it before going to bed. I take it 2 to 3 times a day.

thus particular berberine..i feel. is superior to others. i have used it consistently for a few months and my AIc has greatly improved. what more proof do u need that it works!

it broke me out an I didn't see a difference in my blood sugar but it could be cause Iam on other medications for my heart an diabetes but people should try it if their just dealing with diabetes alone

Didn't help blood sugar readings
I am pre-diabetic and was trying to manage it with diet and exercise. I bought this supplement hoping to help with that. I do wear a CGM monitor. However, I really didn't notice any difference with my blood sugar readings at all. I think everyone is different so even though it didn't help me it might still help others. I did not have any bad side effects. I was taking 2 a day.
