The best for aches and pains, relaxation, and helps me to sleep better. Dissolves easily, unscented, gentle on my sensitive skin, and doesn't dry it out.

It does a tremendous amount to relax me and provide me with magnesium which is readily absorbable into my system. I feel confident about the source of the magnesium being so pure.

I know this might not be important to some, but i like the fact that this comes in a resealable bag. No more worries about the bag falling over and having a big mess!

very soothing and skin softening! dissolves quickly. i add my own essential oils for aromatic scent, making it even more relaxing and soothing.
