user friendly is what I would say about the tablet. just connect to Wi-Fi and start working. can add email or no mail. you also get the option to delete apps, like Facebook and others.that you may not want your toddler to you work with right now. highly recommended by me as a grandparents who have to interact with very active children. I definitely recommend this one
This is great for kids after you get it started. The problem is the getting started part. The program it has integrated kind of gets in the way of setup. Then when you do get it set up, it initially runs really slow. But after a bit of kids videos and/or games and a night of charging, it ran fine.
I got this for my niece as a birthday gift. I think it would have been perfect, other than the fact that the battery dies extremely fast. She primarily uses it to watch videos/cartoons but it dies rapidly even when it's not being used at all, which is very disappointing for the cost.
Not good at all. Extremely aggravated to use. We charged it fully as the instruction suggested before we tried to set up or use the tablet. It kept freezing up and turning off. When it froze up we couldn't do anything and had to wait for the battery to die before trying again. Nothing but issues from the start. Couldn't even set it up fully due to the lagging, freezing, and battery dying. Not good at all.
Half the screen stopped working within a month. Of course I bought it for a flight and didn't try it out until a few days prior. By then the return was useless and no one could help me find out why the screen just crapped. My son had only used it maybe a handful of times during the month.
I just open the box Mar. 15, 2026, for my grandson and tried to set it up. The tablet went blank. I tried it again and the screen went blank again. Tried it a third time and it did the same thing so I returned it! Just won't purchase that brand again!
i had issues with this tablet right off the bat. it wouldnt allow my daughter to access hulu or disney plus. it would say there was an error and it continued to do that for weeks. My daughter took her tablet out of her case and I very gently went to put it back in and the screen cracked and half the screen stopped working.
I order two of these for my kids for Christmas they come inside the case with a screen cover in them I took the first one out of the case fine and started to charge it the second one came right apart when I was taking it out of the case pop open and snapped back close but the power button would not work. That's when I look at the first one again and realize he side was also popped open and snapped shut. Poor quality it id never take them out of the case the probably would have been fine but they are so cheap they fall apart. I took them out of the case to take the screen protection off they have on you can't remove with taking the case off and I wanted to set them up charge them before Christmas. I was very disappointed they looked really cool were big screens and look like the Case was child proof. To bad they never got used or gifted returned as soon as possible. My Amazon fire one lasted three years even with a broke screen I'm unsatisfied with the over durability of the product.
This thing does not keep a charge and is very slow and is way too complicated for my 5 year old to operate. It's even frustrating for me as an adult to operate. This one was supposed to be better than the standard kids tablet but it's absolutely not.
the original tablet that I ordered the screen stopped working. so I exchanged it for another one and guess what, same thing not even a month later. I tried to get a hold of them regarding the second tablet not working as well and never got a response so no I would not recommend this tablet to anybody Amazon fire tablet is where it's at
