Umm, I can’t really give a good review right now because I just received the device but from what I see so far the start up kind of really take a little minute quite some time , but set up is really easy like I said it just takes a little minute to kinda get everything set up. Battery came on 60% so that’s not kind of bad so far so good.

Great for toddler. Comes preloaded with games. There's nothing about this tablet that wouldn't keep your toddler entertained for hours.

I bought 2 Contixo 10" kids tablets online for my daughters as a Christmas present and only one worked. Now I have to go to the store to return 1 and wait for a refund if I get it back and one of my daughters does not have a tablet until I buy another one.

after having this tablet for 4 months the battery started acting weird. thursday night it caught my car on FIRE. the battery literally exploded and burnt my car and now it’s totaled. this could’ve seriously hurt my son. please do not buy this tablet. this needs to be discontinued asap.

We got this for our 6 year old for Christmas this year. He had a 10" kids amazon kindle that was extremely durable and worked great for the last 3 years but there's some apps that he wanted that you can't get with Amazon, like Roblox. So, we got him this Contixo 10" kids one we thought was an upgrade. I got it up and running for him a few days ago and then sat at the dining room table with him to show him how to use the tablet %26 the stylus it came with. He started by playing a Slither game and had to move the sylus around alot because thats how he moved the snake work thingy. After a few minutes I decided he was probably okay to play with it for a bit without me and got up. As i was getting up I saw the tablet at a different angle and noticed the stylus it came with he was using was scratching the screen over and over as it moved, and he was using it correctly! I was baffled! I immediately took the stylus from him and put it back in the box and we showed my husband the tablet. But, a few scratches aren't the end of the world, so we moved on. He played and played with it and was having a ball. Eventually the tablet was about to die and needed charged again, so he got up from his chair and brought it to me in the kitchen. Literally, as soon as he walked into the kitchen he dropped it. Mind you, he JUST turned 6 a few days before Christmas, so he's still little, like half my adult height, and was holding it in his right hand down by his side when it fell. AND THE FREAKING SCREEN BROKE Y'ALL! LIKE WHAT?! 🤯 How are you guys going to advertise this tablet FOR children and talk about how durable it is and then the Stylus YOU send with it scratches the screen and a drop MAYBE 12 inches from the floor breaks it?! My mind is blown %26 my child is a crying mess. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

the tablet doesn't work l asked for a return the store send me a barcode l went to the service associate when I showed them the barcode they scanned it they told me that it not working l can't return it l very disappointed l made an effort to buy the tablet as a gift for my daughter birthday it doesn't work every single day she keeps asking me mommy give me my tablet please tear 😢 in my eyes cause can't buy a next one for her it's not possible to return it l really don't know what to do.

I ordered a green and a blue tablet. They were both supposed to to be Contixo 10 tablets but that is not what I received I received 2 blue ITDULCET kids tablets both in blue 10 inch tablets made in China. Not what I ordered.If I could give no stars I would. I feel like I was scammed as this is not what they are advertising.

We bought these for Christmas presents for my two boys. He has had it open less than a week and now it says there is something wrong with the battery… I will be contacting customer service to see what can be done about this.
