Best fish breading ever!!!
Used to be able to purchase off the shelf in my local Wal-Mart....no longer carry in-store. We love this coating for fish and shrimp. I now order by the case, so we'll never be without.

Delicious crust for fish
Has just enough spices to use without any special seasoning. But if you like more or have a specific spice you need to add it still works great. Works especially nice with tilapia.
