Lock was delivered quickly and installed just a fast. Works great using the fingerprint, touch pad, Wi-Fi or key. The only drawback is it's not rekeyable.

Easy to install, sleek look and easy to use app. This lock is a game changer for our household.

It works really good. I never had a problem with it.

The finger print scanner needs to be cleaned alot for it to work. But the the sytem over all works very well.

I love my eufy products in general. Have had them for years. Really ease to use from the app. The fingerprint and the buttons are sometimes super sensitive and don't read correctly

Works great, but I wish they would allow user setting to whatever seconds on the auto close, not just 10s, 30s, 1 min. Also, it would have been great if they added a way for the door to lock not only after the set time, but after the door actually closes.

Great but wish it was faster, if you type the code in and unlock it you have to wait an extra second for the lock to do it's dance to unlock and if you interrupt it, it stops unlocking and you have to try again

Fingerprint, does not work, code does not work half the time, lock keeps getting jammed. Don't waste your money. When you do try to get tech-support, the phones don't work, and chat keeps repeating the same thing over and over and over. Would not recommend.
