This is a very reliable charger. I have one already and bought one last year for my daughter. Already purchased another one for a family member for Christmas. Will purchase 2 more for other family members. If you are traveling or leaving home and your phone is low on battery, this is what you need. You will be satisfied with it. I have the first two I purchased last year and they charged 2 iPhones at the same time. Highly recommended.

Finally, a battery bank that holds its stated capacity. This bank really does hold at least 20k mah. Very good item all around and exactly what I needed. Fairly small for capacity. No issue charging tablets, phones and rechargeable batteries. Will buy another when discounted again. Ps. First thing you'll notice is how much heavier it is than cheaper banks and of course it takes much longer to charge, it has 5-8x more capacity than others claiming to be 20k.

I have purchased the Anker Portable charger 3 times. It is a game changer, in my opinion. I use it at home and when traveling. I suggest you don't leave home without it, when traveling.

This powerbank so far has been lasting me pretty long. I only charge it in the mornings driving to work and it seems to last over a week before having to fully charge it again.

I bought this to keep my phone charged during winter storm. I found out the hard way that it doesn't come with recommended charger and the package does not tell you this! I called customer support and spoke with Israel who added insult to injury. I will be taking it back.

The device has to be charged with another device that is already charged or that has the capability of plugging into an electrical outlet. The manufacturer didn't think a plug for an electrical outlet was necessary and did not include.

The battery drains way tooo fast. Not a good battery at all.
