Don't buy any bread products from United States cause they insist on making it last a decade in flavor but all it does is hurt your stomach and really messed it up no more for me and now because I found this flower I do my own bread and muffins and desserts boy does it help same problem with refined sugar it's yeah they might use the word refine just like the flower but what they do is chemically change and add it This is scientific if you want to bother read it up and you'll find out that it's true. Bye bye this flour.
There is a huge difference in flour, especially when sourced in Europe. Anna Flour is my go to for pasta, egg noodles, pizza dough even cakes and some breads. Best tasting pizza crust with this flour. Used it for pancakes %26 crepes too. I'm a huge baker, been making my own bread %26 rolls for 30 plus years. I really like I can get Anna flour delivered to my door less expensive than ordering from anyone else including Amazon!
I recommend tis flour to anyone yhat suffers from gluten sensitivity (headaches stomach discomfort and always running to the potty) this flour doesn't give you any of them at least for my family of 8 that suffer from it for over 15 years ... it's keto friendly makes good bagels anything you make with it seems to be very structured and stable and not crumbly if you was making it with gluten-free flour... you wouldn't need to use much yeast either its over all the best value for your money...
We use this flour for pizza dough and it also makes it so much easier to launch! No burning or bitterness like you can get with corn meal. Just dust the bottom of the dough before putting on your pizza peel and it will easily transfer to your Ooni or other oven.
I ordered this item from that A company because I didn't think WalMart carried, and paid through the nose. Thank you WalMart for coming through with this GLORIOUS baking/Pizza flour. It makes amazing bread and pizza with the proper chewy, toothy, texture you just can't get with American flour.
The best flour for making pizza dough!!!! You dump the entire bag of flour into your KitchenAid mixer. It's also super easy to do this by hand. You don't necessarily need a mixer. Add all the ingredients that are listed on the side of the bag (you may to add a little bit more water, if needed).. Mix until combined. And then I divide my dough in six different portions, and then I freeze them in freezer bags, and I have pizza dough ready to go whenever me and my family are craving something yummy and homemade. * Just a little sidenote.: To make my pizza dough even more amazing, I add cornmeal to the bottom of the pan before I place my pizza dough on top.
I was so grateful to find double zero fine flour at Walmart! It's difficult to find a decent brand at an affordable price these days. This flour is for making pastries or pizza crusts.
Very good flour for pasta as it's easy to store, the protein is there to make the dough for the pasta. This is definitely a thumbs up. Lasagna Fettuccine Spaghetti Etc as well as pizza dough the structure is there.
This makes a nice pasta. But it doesn't hold up very well in the sauce. Turns a little bit to mush. Once I made the dough, it was easy enough to roll out and cut. It was easy to handle and fill with fillings. But after boiling, it did not hold up very well. I'm not sure if it was me or if it was just the product not having enough protein to make it elastic and chewy. But I don't know. That's just my best guess.
One morning I made bread using a different flour, everything came out great. Then I used Anna Napoletana flour for my second loaf and the dough wouldn't rise. Every single factor was the same as the first loaf and perfect, except for the flour. Expiration date said good until 2026, but I think the flour's integrity was comprised somewhere between Italy and America.
