can could be easier to open. disolve in oil and butter at the beginning of sauces. anything really for a secret salted flavor. add to dressing.

Good product
The Anchovies are kinda soft and break easily. To fix that, open can, pour out oil, and place in refrigerator over night and they do not break so easy then.
