I have been using this product on and off for a few years now and have been using it daily for the past few months due to a few stressors I've been experiencing lately. Was looking for a natural stress relief product and nothing seemed to be properly dosed or have the right ingredients. This product is solid though! Helped calm me down a lot without making me drowsy which other products tend to do. The herbs and amino acid combination work great together! Worth a shot if you ask me.
