I kept reading stuff about most people being low on magnesium and not knowing it. after starting this a few weeks ago I am noticing major differences. mainly in my sleep. I have always been a terrible sleeper, and with this stuff I have been sleeping great!! my mood has improved, my energy during the day is higher!

I consulted my doctor before I purchased this and then she told me how much I could take. So I highly recommend that you talk to your physician first, but for me, this has helped me sleep. She told me to take it about an hour before I wanted to go to sleep and so far knock on wood it has helped me to sleep.

I recently bought these because my doctor took me off my sleeping medicine that has been working for me for many many years. While I think this is a good product it doesn’t work for me alone. I have added other supplements to this to be able to sleep at night and I still don’t get a full night sleep. I’m not saying it won’t work for other people. It has some good ingredients. You really just have to try it. I think this namebrand is good and I think if I hadn’t been on sleep medicine, it probably would work for me.

I have severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder. When especially severe, they can trigger migraines too. The spasms deplete the magnesium in my body. Without supplemental magnesium, I get severe Charley horse leg pains in the middle of the night.I had been taking a different form of magnesium every night. A friend recommended magnesium glyconate. I tried this brand. It didn't bother my stomach or have me running to the bathroom like magnesium carbonate does. I tried taking one capsule whenever I was experiencing muscle spasms. It really helps lessen the pain. I prefer taking supplements in capsule form to tablets because they are absorbed quicker. They also sermlesz likely to bother my stomach. I researched different brands. This obe was the best value.

Most brands of Mg GLYCINATE are not 100% glycinate. Often if you carefully examine the back label of other brands, it says mixed with Mg Oxide or hydroxide which are sold as laxatives. The problem with these is they are not absorbed easily or fast. I need this Mg Glycinate because I get night cramps that are extremely painful. When I tried other brands, I end up with the cramps AND the loose stools. Any Magnesium that is not absorbed becomes a laxative. Imagine the fun getting up at 4AM with cramps and diarrhea together!

i was having VE and SVE beats. I started out with magnesium oxide and along with a banana for potassium it cured my skipped beats, but your not suppose to stay on oxide long term. So i have now switched to this and still stable. But starting with this wasn't fast enough. Oxiide works faster. But now that i have good levels this one keeps me stable.

Works great at relaxing your body and mind to get a restful nights sleep. I al a light sleeper but this sleeps to help me Sleep through the night, It also helps with stiff joints. It is easy to take and easy I the stomach. Definitely recommend.

Great price on these magnesium vitamins. I take them before bed and they have been very beneficial to relax my muscles and joints. Sleep has improved a bit. Only downside is they are a bit large if you have challenges with taking pills or swallowing.

Oh my goodness, this is not the regular sized bottle that you’re expecting if you are a regular user of this product. Don’t expect a full sized bottle, this is a sample size bottle, or if you’re traveling and you forgot your bottle from home this one will tie you over until you get home from your trip.
