Been using Q 10 for a long time I'm a wait but I'm 72 years old and I feel really good and last year to the bottom of that date I believe in these I don't know if they're five or not but I think from all doctors reviews pretty great Supplement for your health so I'm taking have a great day Anthony H

I'm 75yr and live on limited income...I have found Nature's Own is just the same in quality and results as the other name brands at twice the price for less quanity

The gel caps are compact and easy to swallow. Bigger pills get stuck in my throat and do not easily go down on first try. In store I've bought twin packs which saved some money. Maybe I just haven't noticed online.

I probably should have ordered the 200mg capsules. But for others, 100 mg is probably okay.

It doesn't seem to agree with me, but that is not unusual. That is why I said I would recommend, most people probably would not have issues.

This is the first time I have used this brand; I will not be buying it again. After a week of using this, all other factors taken into consideration such as diet, it was the only thing different in my diet. Every single time, about an hour after taking 1 gel-cap (with food), I'd suddenly get severe cramps and diarrhea. Usually I don't buy COQ10 that comes in either gel caps or tablets, only those that come in clear vegetarian capsules so you can see the color of the product. Then I check to see what else the manufacturers have added. One of the unique things about COQ10 is it's bright orangy-yellow color. But some companies adulterate it using powdered turmeric, among other things. Oh, don't misunderstand me, I'm NOT accusing this company of doing that! I have no idea what's actually in these gel-caps since you can't see inside them. My point is: I got digestive upsets after using this particular form, so I threw the rest away. FYI: I've been using COQ10 for many years and I have never had this kind of reaction to it.
