These are solid tools. I've had them a while, now, %26 am putting them to great use. They do what they should do well, are a cinch to clean, %26 are holding up perfectly. Someone else commented this set would make a great gift for anyone interested in bread-making. I *firmly* agree; but not simply because I admire these tools. This may sound silly, but I was genuinely impressed with the rather unusual care %26 detail that went into the *packaging*. It's the type of care you'd appreciate in a gift-giving setting. Okay, so simple, light cardboard box; %26 everything is individually wrapped in cellophane (even the items packed in lil' light cardboard boxes within the box)… The cutest thing, though: when I ordered the set, I didn't realize the bread lame was coming with razor blades. That was a happy discovery, of course! But, also, ya'll… The razor blades are in a lil' white, cardboard box; %26 each %26 every blade is in its own, lil' miniature, white envelope(!)… It's… “precious”(?); lol, %26 there's this lil' precious, leather pouch, too, to slip over the end of the lame when a blade is intact but not in use… Love it all. I do.

good value if you bake bread products. sturdu dough blender won't bend. I use the dough cutter to separate dough. And with the multi size cutters, i won't need to use a coffee cup to form biscuits.
